Most current before/after pic
WOW, just a quick before and after pic to illustrate how much I've lost:
This one here was taken at what I'd consider my highest (as far as pictures go). I think I was about 375 here or more, but this pic was taken in May of 2005.
This particular picture was taken at the gym, yesterday as I finished up with the weights. I weighed in at 248.5 this morning.
Now, I swear i'm not being narcisitic, but it's fun to see these changes develop with pics.Work-in-progress:
