    You look FANTASTIC!!!! What a metamorphisis!!!! I'm tellin you, you look like a different person. I am soooooo happy for you!!! I love your tip about try eating naked in front of a mirror I will fall out to the floor ashamed but that's a good one!!! Thank you for your inspiring story and good luck in college!!!

        OMG you look great! Amazing job! Good tip about eating in front of the mirror naked!! I laughed for 10 min just trying to picture myself doing that.....impossible. I will be using that one! Good job...Question?????????? Did you like the gym when you first started....you said that you are addicted now how long did it take for you to make it a part of your daily life without feeling like a chore?

                120 pounds in 7 months!! Wow. Seriously, how strict were you with the Atkins program. Did you stick to the rungs, did you modify anything anywhere? Exactly how much exercise did you do, what type of exercise.

                Eating naked in front of the mirror. Wow. That'll do it.
