    Update: I'm now at 247 lbs. Not much lost in a while. I have been cheating alot on the weekends.

      I went off the diet for about 3 months and actually went back up in weight to 260 lbs, but went back on it strong full induction on 11/13/06 and now I am at 241.6 lbs, which is my lowest weight to date. The last time I was anywhere near that weight was junior high.

      I need to keep my mind strong and not fall to the holiday temptations. Thanksgiving was so tempting to cheat, but I held myself together. I also changed my goal from 220 to 200 now.

      I want to thank everyone for there enouragement and to all that share there results.

        No problem brother. Just stick with it, you know how to do it. Remember how good it feels everytime you look at the first pic and can see how far you have already come. Just imagine what it will feel like when you hit goal.

        Thats motivation.

            Now at 224 lbs. Still losing, but slowly. I just started running again, so I can see better results.

            I keep on going down in pants size. I am now a size 36, but my I have alot of loose skin in my stomach area and my upper arms. What can I do to tighten up? I did aloso go down in shirt size also, but I could look better. Shirts now can be XL instead of XXL.

                I think what you have already started doing will tackle your problem: running is the best toning exercise for the whole body. You should see results within a month's time if you do it regularly (3 times a week, even if it's just for 20 minutes).

                    The Nutshell: I'm a 43 yr old grrrrl, 5'4". Married to the best guy I've ever met (besides my Dad), with one very active toddler and I run my own pet sitting business.

                    I lost 4.8 lbs before Atkins. I started Atkins 2/10/07 and have lost 11.2 lbs so far.
