    Me before and during- 50lbs Gone

    Hello everyone. I reached my goal weight of 160lbs. I need to still lose a little more and tone up. However, I did promise some more pics when I hit my goal.
    These are from day 1 to now.
    Thank you everyone for the wonderful support. You make this Way Of Life much easier.
    For those considering Atkins, I promise you its the way to go. If I can lose over 50lbs, so can you.

    My photoshop abilities are not that great, so bare with me. LOL
    Another day, in a new weigh!!!
