    Body Shots

    THANK YOU!!! To everyone who posted on my before pic with encouraging words and motivating pics I'm posting my first set of during pics. Officially 21 lb. down in exactly 4 weeks I would like to show anyone who like I needs pic to prove the success you can achieve with this way of life. Every 20 lb. I will post a pic in the same outfit.

    Ohh and here are the Face shots. Remember is a reenactment so ignore the crazy eye brows ... and me not having on any make up. I may be on my way to looking like the joker with my long chin but hey I'll take that over my chubby cheeks!

              Thanks for the words of support I'm on this board everyday just lurking and reading post from all you guys. With the people here I know I can see it through to my goal. Plus I get so excited posting good news and just as pumped reading others past posts knowing that it's possible.

                Great job, missidea!

                You're beautiful, and doing a great job.

                This site is just AWESOME. You'll get all kinds of great advice and support from the members. For me, it's a place that I can come and "play" with the other kids like me LOL A place where I can talk about all things Atkins. It's just great, and I hope you get everything from it that I have.
