Hey Inaz, what do you think about joining my challenge Atkins Attack? I am starting sign up on April 15th, and I will be doing the same kind of things I did to get these results for the challenge.
Tracking ratios in a thing like fitday, doing some kind of exercise around 4-6 times a week. And taking measurements instead of weighing to see the awesome effects of exercising on your body shape. Drinking your water and really just taking a month to focus on Atkins the way the good Dr. designed it. Sound like something you could try?

One day at at time...today I will do what I need to do to reach my goal.
