                  One of the things I'm always struck by is the expression on my face in my "before" pictures. Always awkwardly posing, forcing a smile, obviously very uncomfortable in my own skin. I feel like my "during" pictures show the REAL me--happy, young, energetic.

                          What are you doing ? You look amazing. I'm 327 pounds right now and I want to do atkins sooo badly but I just don't have the money and I don't know what to do. I'm about the size when you first started and I can't take it anymore. I really need the support. But again you look great.

                            Lydia--I'm doing Atkins! I have followed the plan as intended, I drink all of my water, I take supplements, and I do lots of different types of exercise regularly. I've actually found doing Atkins to be CHEAPER than my old way of eating. I don't buy junk food, I don't buy fast food, I don't buy soda, I don't buy anything at gas stations. I just buy produce, dairy, meat, and other whole foods. If you're on a budget, stick with canned or frozen veggies, ground beef, canned tuna, eggs, bulk cheese, etc. Anything can be done! Buy things like meat and butter when they're on sale, and freeze them until you can use them.

                                Wow, you are beautiful!

                                Looking at your "after" pics makes me realize what a crock of crap BMI is...you definitely look healthy and you DO NOT look 192! We all look different at certain weights. Anyway, you look great!
