        You do not look like you do have to lose that much because you look amazing, but it's your choice. I do not like people telling me what to do either. People say i do not look like i have 63 pounds to lose, but yeah i do. I want to be 130 lbs. I will probably cry of happiness once i reach it. I lost 13 pounds on Atkins the first and only week i did it, but lost more , now have dropped 17 pounds,and i am maintaining without Atkins,but now I am finding atkins is the way for me and it worked really well for you too!

                  I guess I agree with everyone here...You don't look like you have 100 pounds to lose...you'll be too skinny...and congrats on the phenomenal results...

                      Thanks everyone! I haven't been on in so long!

                      I haven't lost a single pound in the last 2.5 months. I got to the point where I was completely comfortable and didn't feel the need to lose anymore. I'm not at that place anymore!

                      It's time for me to kick it into high gear. I think my previous success was Act I and I'm so ready to start Act II right now.

                      I'm wearing an XL shirt and a 38 pant, by years end, I'd like to be 235, wearing a medium shirt and a 32 pant. Wish me luck guys. I'll be back here in one month with the first pictures of Act II!

                        Good luck, but you shouldn't be so hard on yourself. Look how far you've came. So what if your in a XL shirt and a 38 pants; you have done a great job even if you never lose another pound.

                          i agree with everyone u look great and are trully an inspiration to others. U dont look like u need to lose 100pds but only u know what u feel comfortable with. Good luck and we'll be waiting for an update
