Looking good! I can't imagine you 100 pounds less. You look like you've already met goal. You must have a lot of muscle mass. You should feel great!

WOW..you did that in 9 months! You look good!! Maybe you should change the hundred pounds to a pant size or something. If you put on muscle it will weigh more as well. Congrats to you!!!

Hello! I am back!

I've maintained all of the weight loss, and maybe dropped 10 more pounds from my after pictures but haven't dropped any weight in about a year! I do figure, 100 may be too much, but I'm ready to get serious again and drop another 50 and take it from there.

Glad am still inspiring people after all this time! I hope to continue and lose even more weight and inspire even more people.

Since I am starting anew here goes a new before picture. The sweater is XL and the pants are a 38. I hope to get down to a M and a 32 in the coming months.

omg wat a difference!u look amazing!!! i agree with ur friends about ur 100 lbs thing but if u still r not completely comfortable with what u have go for it good luck with it
