    120 pounds and exactly 9 months later

    WOW!!!! I didn't I haven't looked at the shirtless picture in forever. Could that have really been my body? I look like I am about to pop.

    Oh well. 100 more pounds until goal. I still get the "Vincent, you really don't have a 100 pounds to lose" thing from my friends. I assure them, that I really do. Enough yapping, here are the pictures.

    Oh my gosh, you look amazing! What an incredible transformation. I wouldn't believe you have 100 pounds to lose either--I think you look great NOW.

          100 pounds my butt! You look great right now. You may want to consider upping your goal to say... your current weight. You have had fantastic results!
