Well tomorrow will be the start of week 2 of my induction stage. I was on Atkins once before and lost weight, had some surgery and ate the wrong food and fell off. I've got tired of feeling sick and tired and decided I HAVE to live this way of life. It helps in so many ways with my PCOS symptoms and I'm tired of taking birth control pills that do nothing for it. I've lost 10 so far and I'm about to start exercising this week. Hope to post my before pics soon.
