well after Friday's crash off of the atkins wagon and feeling really rotten, it was time for a change.... I walk daily but today my daughter and I went on an awesome hike! up up up we went! attached is a picture of me and Fraiser resting (and feeling quite smart) after the hard part!!
I'm still stuck at four pounds gone.. but I'm hopful that those four pounds won't ever be back. please tell me I am not the only one who is a slow loser.

) on this board. If you haven't already, really make sure you read those labels. You can find that sometimes you are eating more carbs than you think you are. Also, you don't have that much to lose, so the closer you get to goal, the slower it will be. Alot of people find that artificial sweetners slow them down, if you're consuming them. Also, too much cheese can be a culprit.
