                            RESTART 4/1/2010 WEIGHT 241 GOAL 150.
                            Went totally off atkins now i'm right back where I started in 2007. 75 POUNDS were lost and gained BACK AUGH.

                                Monday Chest + Tris
                                Tuesday 30 min Cario (running) + Ab workout
                                Wednesday Back + Bis
                                Thursday 30 min Cario (Swimming) + Ab workout
                                Friday Shoulder
                                Saturday 30 min Cario (cycling) + Ab workout
                                Sunday Legs

                                                            Gurrrrrl.. You look amazing... I just had a baby 2 months ago and need to loose about 30 pounds... I'm also currently wearing a size 14. Pre pregnancy was a size 9 so thats my goal for now.. but keep it up.. you just gave me some hope...=P
