    11lbs lighter!!


    This was the newest {BEFORE} body pic i could find of myself! I can really tell a difference. The shirt kinda covers up my belly in the 1st pic though, i had a bulge.


    the {BEFORE}, my daughter called it my chubby picture!

    Thank you ADKINS! I never thought I would lose that weight and get under 130. I'd be really happy at 120, but i'm ECSTATIC at 124! Although i am hoping after much exercise i can get into a bikini for the summer...having 3 kids did a number on that ol belly! This is 6 weeks on Adkins! Anyone can do this, just gotta put your mind to it!

      What I know:
      1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
      2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
      3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
      4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                      I would have thot you were my age rather than 26 o_O
                      When I was 18 I started out at 250+ pounds and embarked on the atkins diet..
                      I'm back at 250 and am ready to go again and KEEP it off this time.

                              Your so pretty.For such a small frame you've lost alot of weight!!!! You can definately see the difference!! Isn't atkins amazing...especially after kids?!!! No one has to accept a higher weight just b/c you had a baby or 3!!! Take care and stay motivated to keep your WOL!!! bye
