    Here Is How I look After One Week Of Atkins!!!

    Hello everyone!!!


    I'm so excited to be here.. After one week on Atkins I have lost 7lbs and 6 inches I can't believe this Diet!!! It's a blessing to have found Atkins. I didn't want to post pics until I lost more but the results after 1 week are so amazing I had to post these because i'm so excited. When I weighed myself I can't believe the scale, I had to step on and step off and back on again LOL. I'm sticking to this Diet!
    Last night I felt so down I couldn't eat Ice Cream but it was all worth it when I got on that scale!

    You can do it guys!!

    We can support each other..
    IT TOTALLY WORKS!!

    Daily Calories To Burn: 360 cals walking on threadmill for 45 minutes at 2.0 speed

              One week?? Wow...This WOE definitely agrees with you. You look like you've lost 20+ pounds instead of 8. Have you taken your measurements? Recording the inches every few weeks is very motivational! Congrataulations.
