    I think you are getting ripped! Am curious if you use kettlebells or dumbells for your workouts. What supplements do you take? Also, what sort of diet do you eat.

    I have a hard time losing weight on atkins, but I am also not excercising.
    I gotta pick up my kettlebell and start swinging it.

      I haven't used a kettlebell since they don't have them at my gym. I am not taking any supplements right now except for some whey protein powder. My detailed food logs are listed here...

        Thanks for the positive response. I'm still a ways from my goal. I would like to get down below 8% body fat without losing any of the muscle I currently have. I want to see those abs come in a whole lot more.

            Well, thank you! I've still got some more work to do but I'm getting there. I've nearly lost 30 lbs. of fat so far and it feels great.

              Just wanted to give everyone a quick update on my dieting progress so far:

              I'm now in the 4th low carb cycle of my Cyclical Ketogenic Diet and am feeling pretty good. The low carb hazes are gone and the fat seems to be really falling off now. I do seem to get more hungry, though. Thankfully, I get to eat every couple of hours.

                    I haven't been over here to the Atkins Diet BB's lately but I just wanted to pop in and thank you guys for checking out my progress. I've still got a little work to do to get down to 7% body fat but I'm moving toward that goal.

                        You definately look great. What type of workouts do you do and how often? Whatever your workout schedule, it seems to be very effective.

                        How does your diet differ from atkins?
