Hey all this is my first time on atkins and i cant believe its actually working. I am 26 years old and have had a back injury for about a year or so. So i am limited to working out like what I am use to (5 times a week for 2 hours a day). Because of that I have gained a lot of weight. I'm 5'4" and weighted 181 lbs. I have tried everything to lose weight and nothing worked. My next step was lipo or tummy tuck but i decided to try atkins before a drastic procedure. Another reason i tried atkins is becasue of all the before and after photos i saw on this site. It definately gave me the confidence to try. so thank you everyone for sharing! I am only two weeks into the induction phase and i cant believe how much of the weight is coming off so fast without working out. this diet is perfect for those who are limited to light excercise. After two weeks I weight 168 lbs and i know i lost inches too because i can fit into jeans that i bought 8 months ago and couldnt fit into last month.
