    Hey all this is my first time on atkins and i cant believe its actually working. I am 26 years old and have had a back injury for about a year or so. So i am limited to working out like what I am use to (5 times a week for 2 hours a day). Because of that I have gained a lot of weight. I'm 5'4" and weighted 181 lbs. I have tried everything to lose weight and nothing worked. My next step was lipo or tummy tuck but i decided to try atkins before a drastic procedure. Another reason i tried atkins is becasue of all the before and after photos i saw on this site. It definately gave me the confidence to try. so thank you everyone for sharing! I am only two weeks into the induction phase and i cant believe how much of the weight is coming off so fast without working out. this diet is perfect for those who are limited to light excercise. After two weeks I weight 168 lbs and i know i lost inches too because i can fit into jeans that i bought 8 months ago and couldnt fit into last month.

    We're similiar. I'm 4'10" and 160. I was 126 until a little over a year ago. I had a breast lift and discovered I'm a REALLY slow healer. I was unable to even do some things like walk etc for about 5 months and I found myself about 156 lbs at the end of it - and climbing.

              This is so inspiring to me. When I very first started Atkins I weighed about 185lbs. Now I'm down to about 155lbs, and we are around the same height, so I can relate to the pictures! You look so so so good!!! Keep it up!

                              can i ask someone who might know how i can get photos that i have saved in my c drive onto the atkins board. i've tried cutting/ copying and pasting but it doesn't work (as you can tell i'm not very techo savvy)
