Aniteli--I think your workout plan/schedule sounds good because it works for YOU. It fits in with your other responsibilities and works with the time you have available. Most importantly, are you doing something active that you enjoy?

It's important to keep challenging yourself. Maybe in the future, when the walk from work becomes easy, you could incorporate running? (I'm not sure what you have to wear to work, running in heels and a skirt would be a no-no!) Resistance bands are great and count as strength training. Maybe when you feel like you need a new challenge, you could invest in some hand weights. I love lifting weights! My body looks the best when I lift weights regularly.

Check out Weight Training Exercise Guides - Muscle Mass Building Workouts! to get ideas for your resistance band workouts, ab exercises, and free weight exercises. I usually check out the exercises when I'm looking to change things up.

Beast--lol, you're not alone! When I told my boyfriend (now my fiance) that I was starting Atkins, he was very supportive. He only had one concern. He said to me, "You're not going to lose your butt, are you?" I guess his greatest fear in life is a woman with no booty...
