







Hey guys im new to the forums, and i just wanted to share my sad little story. I have done atkins before, well it wasnt really atkins but i just controlled my carbs and kept it 20 and under, did it my own way. I had lost a little more than a 100 lbs. Well i got really busy in college and many other things in my life just went bad and it really wasnt the best for me, so i had gained about a 130 lbs in 14 months, yea thats a new record. I didnt go to the gym or anything i was not active at all. I am currently 330 lbs and i was 200 lbs before. My goal is to get to 170 lbs, this is my second day and so far so good. Well lets see how this goes, i plan on loosing about a 100 lbs in 3-4 months, i know what you guys are thinking, "is he crazy thats wayy to fast!" lol well i guess i am crazy but i've lost alot in a short time before, after i reach my goal i plan on being active and hitting the gym atleast 3 to 4 times a week. be careful yo-yoing like that in weight- going from extremes like that is VERY VERY dangerous. I hope when you lose it this time, you keep it off...
