  • My Before and After backwards..?










    Hey guys im new to the forums, and i just wanted to share my sad little story. I have done atkins before, well it wasnt really atkins but i just controlled my carbs and kept it 20 and under, did it my own way. I had lost a little more than a 100 lbs. Well i got really busy in college and many other things in my life just went bad and it really wasnt the best for me, so i had gained about a 130 lbs in 14 months, yea thats a new record. I didnt go to the gym or anything i was not active at all. I am currently 330 lbs and i was 200 lbs before. My goal is to get to 170 lbs, this is my second day and so far so good. Well lets see how this goes, i plan on loosing about a 100 lbs in 3-4 months, i know what you guys are thinking, "is he crazy thats wayy to fast!" lol well i guess i am crazy but i've lost alot in a short time before, after i reach my goal i plan on being active and hitting the gym atleast 3 to 4 times a week.     Terrific transformation. I hope you can get back there again, but don't be disappointed if it doesn't happen in 3-4 months. Don't see this as a diet... see it as a permanent change to your way of eating. That kind of change is grandual -- both physcially and mentally -- and it takes time.

    I hope you'll be active at least 3 or 4 times a week WHILE you're trying to reach goal, not just after. It's a must for successful long term weight loss.

      wow...your good looking...before and after...i hope you succeed once again...i kept telling myself i was gonna start today, i used my same old i'll start monday excuse and i went all day at work fine and then got home and supper was ready and i fell off after only about 8 hours of staring....i need to find some inspiration and these pictures that you guys post are it, i just need to keep coming back to look at these every couple of hours when i need a boost....great transformation...

          Thanks for the comments guys. I just got back from the gym and i lost 6 lbs in one day putting me at 324 lbs. I will post up new pics after 2 weeks. Thanks once again for the support.

              your a good looking guy regardless. I'm rooting for you to lose the weight again!
              ... also be careful yo-yoing like that in weight- going from extremes like that is VERY VERY dangerous. I hope when you lose it this time, you keep it off...

                  You know it works - and your photos prove it, good luck getting back into it, and I cant wait to see your photos in a month or so - I bet you'll be hitting 170lbs in no time at all.

                  I find joining a couple of challenges on the board keeps me really motivated! The cheat free challenge is pretty good - it gets a bit addictive and you really dont want to cheat and have to start again at day 1!! hehe

                    Hey guys thanks for all the support and the comments, and im really sorry about the pictures im not really sure how to resize them but ill give it a try. Also, yes i do plan on keeping the weight off this time and be sure to hit the gym atleast 3 times a week when i get to my goal.

                    This is Day 4 for me and i've lost 10 lbs so far . I'll post up new pictures in 3 days comparing day 1 and 7, hopefully this time the pics would come out right, sorry about the size of the pics guys. Once again thanks for all the support!

                              ok guys, i know this is gonna be really disappointing and i hope i dont demotivate anyone. First of all yesterday i checked my weight on the 6th day of my diet, I had a total loss of 14 lbs. going down to 316 lbs. There is a difference in my image also.....BUT....yesterday night my throat got really sore throat which was really ugly, trust me you dont wanna know the details about that. I went to the doctors this morning and i was recommended not to do the diet by my doctor and family, so after all the pressure i had to break my diet.

                              Well the only thing i can hope for is to get better soon nd start up all over again,
