  • The dreaded before pictures

    Ok so I didn't want to even take these much less post them on the internet but I know I'll be happy that I did in the long run. I should make this my desktop wallpaper when I start induction so I have to look at it every day.

    I'm proud of you for taking this step...Do you see my "before" pics?? OMG can you imagine posting something like THOSE on the net? *LOL* Let your pics motivate you to get your body the way YOU want it to look. I can't wait to see the amazing transformation. Take more before pics...even if you don't post them because one day they will tell your wonderful story of how you shrunk with Atkins

      You don't look bad at all to me Vanessa! Stick to this WOE and excercise and you'll have the body you want in no time I like the desktop wallpaper idea lol. I can't do that though because I share this computer...wouldn't want to blind anyone!

              Vanessa I congrats on taking the next step to a new you. Keep with the program and you will be very pleased with the results that you get. Atkins really does work and you will be glad that you chose the WOE. I wish you all the success in the world.

              By the way thanks for the wall paper idea, I should try it.

                  well thank u sally!...neway im jus hoppin on real quck so i can update i been moving all day i got new furniture so im tired....

                    Hey I'm right here with you! I'm at 159.5, and my ultimate goal is 130. So we're at about the same place. You'll get there faster than I, because I started at 174, so I already had my induction drop...but It'll be nice to follow another progress along with my own. You look good, start weight training and you'll be slim and toned in no time!

                        thank u....i was just sayin goday that i need to do saome weights to get toned up...congrats on ur weight loss already seems like ur on a roll...i cant wait to check the scale again but ive already made the promise to myself i wont check again until sunday...so cross ur fingers for me!
