Congratulations on your success and your dedication. It is such a long ongoing journey but I guess the key is to keep working at it. I was wondering if you could give some advice on about how many carbs you were consuming a day to reach the success you have had so far. I have been on the jouney since May 18th. and Have lost about 13 pounds but it seems to be slowing down. Any insight would be helpful...
                    thanks

                      Re: 352 to 269

I stuck to a strictly 20 carbs or less plan..I still am doing extended induction..I think the key is that each individual responds to foods in a different way. There are some foods that are induction friendly that I have found stall my weight loss, so I stay away from them...Pay attention to your body, make sure you are eating enough vegetables, try to stay away from artificial sweeteners, and exercise as much as possible...Everyday is still a struggle for me...I was and still am addicted to eating, so I have had to fight that the entire time...If I feel like cheating I eat something atkins friendly..If I am full, I stop eating...find what works for you and stick to it...I have had weeks where I lose nothing or gain...weight fluctuates, so pay attention to the changes in your body, and stay with this WOL/WOE
