                You look AWESOME! You also look so much younger!!! You are so RIGHT ON...it is all about that excercize! We are the same age and height and man..as the years tick by I swear I have to work harder and harder just to keep it all maintained. THIS WOE is the ticket to health and youth!

                    Gosh, you both look great, too!

                    The more I lose, the more those little laugh lines and crows feet are even more apparent! I need to invest in some miracle cream for sure...lol. I may need to find a program to exercise my face...lol.

                    I refuse to grow old gracefully---I want to slid in side ways worn out---and I'm feeling it today!

                        Terrific before and afters Lisa! Kudos to you for your "summer lesson". You're so right... you can't do Atkins without exercise! At least, not properly.

                          Thanks, Sally I don't think, no, I KNOW I wouldn't be where I am today without exercise. It's hard to do and there's times I don't want to do it, but afterwards, it feels awesome!
