These are mainly face shots, I have been collaborating during my induction phase on atkins diet. I am doing a 90 day induction phase, and hoping more weight to lose. I started out 345 pounds and a 46 waist, and now i am 265 pounds with a 38 inch waist. Hope you like the pictures.

Ok typically what I eat every day
Breakfast:
4 - 6 Eggs, scrambled with cheese, and sometimes with bacon
Lunch:
I go to hardees and get a double low carb burger, plain with cheese and pickles only, and a water to drink.
Dinner:
I cook steak, chicken, fish, or shrimp depending on my mood. I also cook hamburger meat and mix that with so sort of vegetables fresh, and add cheese and mix it all together.
Also I drink between 12 - 16 20 oz bottles of water a day.
Your supposed to take fiber tablets everyday because fiber is hard to come by in this diet, I choose not to because they hardly work for me, so instead I take 4 dulcolax every 3 days.
I have dropped anoter 12 pounds since I first put up this post. Got a new picture for you too..

I am happy to say that today I weighed in at 251 pounds I have lost 94 pounds so far, and feeling great another 50 pounds to go before I start excercising.

April 19th my friend phyllis was teaching me to ride a broom, bad picture but funny I thought.

April 28th

May 3rd Sorry bout the finger, but I ended up liking this picture.
