what 55 lbs looks like

I found these old "before" pictures. I cropped out most of my face because I looked horrible. Losing this weight has taken a good 10 years off me.
I didn't think I had before pics but I found them backing up files.

I'm 5'8 and currently at 170. I want to lose 20-30 more pounds

Those brown pants were an XL and now they fall off. I currently wear a medium in pants like that!

wow you look fantastic and your right you look like a cute teenager so young.Im near your height and weigh 177lbs just 7 more than you im thinking will I look same as you? I am slim everyone say I look good but don't realise it but seeing your pic Im thinking am I as slim as that nearly?you have inspired me to lose those 7lbs quick.All the best with further weight loss.

Everyone is built differently. I have friends the same height as me who are larger even at the same weight. It also really depends on how much muscle you have, as that's more compact than fat lol. You HAVE to build that muscle. If you're 5'8 and get to 170, you could possibly even look thinner if you have more muscle!

your pictures inspire me to keep going! you look amazing! are those your children in the backround? you look more like their big sister or babysitter! amazing how when you lose weight you lose years as well!
