My Before photos!!!

Hey there!

I started atkins on Sunday and so far so good!!
I thought i'd upload some photos of my before body. I can't wait too see the effects. On all 3 photos I weight 211 lbs. A Bmi of 31.2!! Obese! I am doing something about it now!

Anyway I lost some weight pre atkins, but I am giving atkins a go.

I was wondering if it is some sort of a permissions issue. I also cannot see them. Difference seems to be that liv is a moderator.

I'm at 80# now, just have not had time or... well, just time to update

Hard? Nah, I had my mind made up. It was time to lose the weight and other than a few dinners here and there where it was VERY hard to eat clean it's been a breeze!
