    2weeks in. 11lb lost.

    i,
    Just my progress so far.

    The first pic is me at 211. I started atkins at 200 (sorry no photos at that weight)
    and the second is me at 189lbs.
    I set myself a target of 154lbs which would give me a healthy bmi of 22.7.
    But because of excersise etc. I think I am starting to look slimmer. And may look okay at the top end of healthy weight. bmi 24/25.
    Anyway as I loose the weight I will see what I think suits me.

    Anyway wish my look on OWL

    This was taken before a night out. I'm the one in the pale green with the belt.
