I'm still very much a work in progress, but I feel like I've cracked it with this WOE and I will get to my goal and stay there. So far I've lost 103lbs (over 7 stone) in just over a year. That's an average of 1.87lbs per week.
My next mini goal is to be under 200lbs by the end of this year and if I could get to 190lbs that would be brilliant, but if I don't that's OK too. The lower I go the slower it will come off so as long as I keep going in the right direction, that's all that matters. This is now my lifestyle and not just getting to goal.
I started going to the gym a couple of months ago and last week I started jogging on the treadmill which is something I've dreamed of doing for years and thought I'd never be able to do. I've also started doing aerobics and body conditioning classes.
Hoping to get to 151lbs by Summer 2010.
