    cant belive im doing this but here goes before and after pics

    ive never had the guts to put pics of myself up on a site before,ive been doing atkins since end of october 2009 my before pic is when i started and the after pic was taken minutes ago









    let me know what you think thanks

    weight loss so far 79 lbs yeehaa

    im now in the 50 club

    current weight 173 lbs

              Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

              Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
              Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

              so:

              12/28/09 ~ 235.1
              01/04/10 ~ 229.0
              01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
              (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
              01/18/10 ~ 227.4
              01/5/10 ~ 226.8
