  • 15 Lbs. Loss During Induction

I think I see a difference in the face. But someone just told me they didn't see any difference whatsoever. Bummer.

My mother didn't notice until I had lost 50 pounds.

People that see you all the time generally 1) don't notice or 2) don't say anything.

There is a slight difference.I also lost 60lbs then people realised I was losing weight. As long as you can see and feel it thats mostly important.

You look happier in the second picture, so we know it works! I'm down 23 and my clothes don't even feel different. I haven't changed notches on my belt either. I guess I'm losing weight in my elbows and forehead. I feel better though, so that's what's keeping me going. Keep up the good work.

Yes - you have lost some roundness.
I noticed my weightloss first in my fingers. Probably not the place I wanted to lose first.

I think your face is slimmer. It is more oval shape rather than round in the first pic. So I can tell you lost some weight. Keep up the good work!!

I completed 4 weeks on induction but I haven't heard any comments on my weight loss (13 lbs), but I feel amazing! I feel energetic and my mood has improved!

I can see it in your face. For me, the people who see me all the time never say anything. I had to lose a good 15-20lbs before anyone commented and really it was only after 40lbs that other people really commented.

Are you taking measurements? That is an important aspect too.

Great job, keep up the progress!

people kept constantly telling me how great i looked after every 10 lbs they've noticed but i think the key to keep in mind is that when you see these people on a daily basis they will not see a difference for a while and/ or they are jealous and dont want to admit your great weight loss congrats **peace**

I see a difference too. Your clothes in the first picture were tighter around the chest. And your face was a bit rounder.

From my experience people didn't know I lost weight until I had lost about 20lbs.
