Re: 15 Lbs. Loss During Induction

You are all great. Thank you!!

I did take measurements and I am losing inches. My waist used to be over 41 inches and today it is 36 inches.

Re: 15 Lbs. Loss During Induction

I see a more defined face, less rounded. Love the smile! You can tell! I can lose 10 lbs and no one will notice. When I was off plan and gained 6 lbs, they thought I was thinner. People really are more opt to not say anything just because it can cause hurt feelings if they aren't sure if you are dieting etc. Keep it up, you'll be at goal in no time!

Congrats on your loss during induction, great job!!

              Thank you, Tracey.

I've moved up the first rung and I'm glad I get to eat more veggies. I'm losing at a slower rate, but I'm still losing. I'm very happy with the results. I'll be posting another pic at my next 15 Lbs. weight loss.

your eyes look bigger, your neck also looks thinner and longer, your arms look more straight, and your chest looks in better shape, in general, what I see in the after photo is that you look healthier and more happy, your eyes glow.

                Congratulations,

Some people just do not notice things like a weight loss, unless they haven't seen you for a while, and you drop a LOT of weight. To you and me, 15# is a great accomplishment, but to the eyes of some, it just doesn't come across in their eyes.

But to me, there is QUITE difference between the pics! Congrats!!!
