No honestly you guys are the only people in my life that really get how much hard work and effort goes into this WOL, so thank you for that
I try and change my exercise up ever so often so my body doesn't get used to what I am doing. As long as I can still hobble away from a workout winded and a bit sore, I know I'm doing ok, but I do exercise EVERY day and I incorporate weights into every other work out. I pretty much only do DVDs, its just what I enjoy, and currently for the past 3 months I have been using Jillian Michaels DVDs (30 day shred, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, and No More Trouble Zones) but I also have an Ellen Barret Pilate's Sculpt that I dvr'd off of Fit TV, and I also have the Slim in 6 set which I occasionally do the Burn it up DVD. I swear all of them are trying to kill me and I LOVE it lol, especially Jillian I love what she is helping me do with my body especially my arms! And as far as getting tired of it, no I can honestly say that I don't but I am a natural cook so as for the food I can be very creative, and the exercise is just a matter of adding something new to it
