Please tell me if this is good for the day....I figure i'll move into OWL in like 2 days after this day..i've done atkins b4 but i needa get on ketosis first..so day 3... check it out..im really not hungry at all but tell me if i eat more will i lose more? r u sure....tips please
Breakfast: 1 pat butter, 2 eggs, 1 ounce swiss cheese
lunch: 2 cups lettuce w caesar salad
dinner: probably 5 ounces halibut or sea bass with a brown butter sauce and steamed broccoli.
snack: maybe later 5 steamed shrimp.
I could push myself to eat more but it feels ..like im eating PLENTY..i'm also running 30 mins daily.
