    Please tell me if this is good for the day....I figure i'll move into OWL in like 2 days after this day..i've done atkins b4 but i needa get on ketosis first..so day 3... check it out..im really not hungry at all but tell me if i eat more will i lose more? r u sure....tips please

    Breakfast: 1 pat butter, 2 eggs, 1 ounce swiss cheese
    lunch: 2 cups lettuce w caesar salad
    dinner: probably 5 ounces halibut or sea bass with a brown butter sauce and steamed broccoli.
    snack: maybe later 5 steamed shrimp.

    I could push myself to eat more but it feels ..like im eating PLENTY..i'm also running 30 mins daily.

    Why aren't you already in ketosis, Lauren? Haven't you been doing this for awhile now?

      im on day 2. i fell of a while bak and did low calorie diet. i'm waiting to go bak into ketosis and start OWL for the first time. im gonan do induction for 5 days..i wanna lose the fastest tho..u sure OWL will work better than induction if i tried induction a few times bak

        Lauren, you don't have much to lose so it's not going to go very fast. Your last 10 lbs. need to be in Premaintenance. You haven't even started OWL yet.

        Are you using Fitday? That's an excellent tool to make sure your ratios are correct and that you're getting enough calories. You don't want your body going into starvation mode.

        Your menu looks ok and YAYYYY for exercising! Good luck!

          I would add some chicken to the salad if I were you. You need more protein during the day so you don't feel ravenous at your evening meal.

            i'm going on vacation for 5 days starting tomorrow and will be back monday....today is my third day of induction. when should i start OWL..i won't have a scale in my vacationand won't know how it affects me..also...when i add extra veggies..like one extra cup according to OWL so it makes 4 cups..should I only have that 3 or 4 times a week. i can';t monitor my weight loss w/ OWL bc no scale..should i do induction till I'm back home and have a scale? or should i start today>?

                  I know I sound like a broken record but you need to spread your carbs out to all meals not have a bolus of carbs for lunch. Some crabs some protein and some fats.
