To be honest Lil' G, I have wondered this too, I usally just go by listed Carbs and disregard the "net carb" theory. If all that fiber actually is subtracted...then bonus in my eyes.

If this is true the the foods I have been consuming that would be no carb after the subtraction of the fiber would be messing me up. My CCL Between 25-30, but have been consuming flax or phsyllum almost daily. This would be putting me over. I have tried removing them from my diet but that gave me different problems.~Lauren~
