      End of july I will fly back to the netherlands, but by october/november I will move to texas to stay !!!
      So I can eat spaghetti squash ALWAYS heheeeeee :nod

              You can't *buy* them in most of Europe - you have to *grow* them!

              Most seed catalogues and garden centres sell the seeds. Be careful with saving your own seed as the squash family interbreed freely and unless you only grow one sort, and you don't have any squash-raising neighbours within half a mile, you'll never be sure what the next generation is going to be like and it likely won't be very spaghetti-ish. It *can* be done with the aid of paper bags tied around the female flowers and hand-pollinating, but I usually just buy the seed to be on the safe side.

                See, I like fast cooking. I'm not patient enough to wait an hour in the oven! The microwave worked beautifully and it seemed to come out well in about 13 minutes.

                I'm going to make some left over spaghetti squash now. I hope it reheats well.

                Now I'm wondering what other veggies I've been missing out on!
