It should go like this: 65% fat, 30% protein, and 5% carbs! That oughta get ya goin!

I found that I was a little low on my fat intake yesterday. I'm gald I did this. Who would have thought? I am not vegetarian, but thanks for the input.Michele SW250/CW 226/GW150 F, 38, 5'6"
I was down to 175 in 2007 and I will get back there again!
