  • What % should we strive for on fitday?

    I just subscribed to fitday to keep a more accurate measure of my eating. What %'s should we be striving for? Thanks

    I was down to 175 in 2007 and I will get back there again!

    If I'm not mistaken, the percentages are 65% fat, 35% protein and 5% carbs.

      It should go like this: 65% fat, 30% protein, and 5% carbs! That oughta get ya goin!

          Just to add, those percentages are for induction. The ratios will change as you move to OWL and beyond.

              Remember, if you are going vegetarian, your fats will be higher because of the added dairy and eggs.

                I found that I was a little low on my fat intake yesterday. I'm gald I did this. Who would have thought? I am not vegetarian, but thanks for the input.
