  • I'm losing it!

    I have been stalled for a long time, due to slacking off. I never cheated, but I ate way more than I should have, and was stalled, and even gained a little.
    I finally started moving again. I'm down to 158 lbs and I do cardio every day.

    I watch my calories and make sure I never overeat. And poof, I lost 9 lbs in about three weeks. Insane.

    My eyes are on target. I will not fail, and definitely not slack off. I'm on summer break from school, so I have all the time in the world to work my butt off!

    Originally started Atkins on the 17th of September 2004 at 200/143/130

    Tripped at the finishing line and fell back! Restarted the 17th of May 2008, now at 163/163/130.

    Well done! I've just started today. I had egg and bacon for my breakfast. Hopefully within the next few weeks I'll be losing weight!

      Well done Ailah, keep focused!! Gillian read,read,read the more you visit this board the more you understand. Keep it clean, stick to the foods allowed group strictly. No low carb choc or other low carb products for the first 2 weeks. If you want advice PM me! Good luck both
