I have been stalled for a long time, due to slacking off. I never cheated, but I ate way more than I should have, and was stalled, and even gained a little.
I finally started moving again. I'm down to 158 lbs and I do cardio every day.
I watch my calories and make sure I never overeat. And poof, I lost 9 lbs in about three weeks. Insane.
My eyes are on target. I will not fail, and definitely not slack off. I'm on summer break from school, so I have all the time in the world to work my butt off!
