I was wondering what supplements help boost the metabolism. I currently take chromium gtf 500mcg daily as well as a super good multi vitamin. I have heard things about cla and gla and green tea and cayanne pepper. Any info and experiences would be greatly appreciated [as well as doesages]. I have lost 6 lbs in the last month [two week induction and owl]. My job is pretty active as I am a painter. I know I should drink more water. I havn't given up the caffine, some say it doesn't affect wieght loss others say it does.
