Hi all.
Well, Ive been evaluating everything Ive been eating and doing for the last 3 weeks. I think I need to start over from the beginning. I know Ive posted about my weight not moving already, but I think it should have moved somewhat by now??? As far as the food Im eating, Im quite sure Im eating too much cheese. I also find myself dipping into the low carb peanut butter a couple of times per day. And definitely not enough veggies. Geeeeez.
If any of you have any ideas, that would be great. I am drinking tons of water, and Ive turned my 2 cups of coffee into 1 cup of coffee...and Im using the low carb milk instead of creamer in that cup. Im doing 25-30 min of cardio every other day or so. I just dont feel my clothes fitting any diffrently, and as I said, the scale hasnt moved since day 4.
