We went to town shopping today. It lasted longer than it was supposed to and everyone ended up hungry so we went to a food court. I am doing induction. I opted for a Subway Tuna salad after seeing the carb count was (12-4)8g carb. Now can anyone tell me is that just for the approx 2 cups of lettuce and 2 scoops of tuna? Do I add extra for the finger full of cheese(no idea how much), 2 slices of tomato, 1 oz cucumber and 2 squirts dressing??? How do I count this and put it into fitday?

Re: subway carbs??
Subway doesn't put sugar in their tuna. Thank God. I had two scoops from Subway for dinner last night. I THINK, but am not positive, that the carbs includes lettuce and tomato, but not the cheese.Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05

Yeah, me too. Plus that awful, awful relish. however, my daughter's friend works at subway and all they do is mix mayo (and it's got no sugar, she checked for me!) and tunafish from big cans.

Re: subway carbs??
Thier site is a little confusing. And I am not sure exactly how they are counting. Because you can add your own stuff. So is the count just for the 2 scoops of tuna and the lettuce? Or did they base it on if someone added other stuff in it like tomatoes, etc. Will have to email them or ask or something.Elsie150

Good idea Elsie - maybe report back their reply here as I am sure others are just as confused and would like to know the answer for the future.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
