    For induction would you think ground flax would work as a substitute for the almonds (which are not allowed till the relevant OWL rung) or if that would need too much flax perhaps make it a crustless pie?

      Elizellen - if you use MUFFIN TINS to bake your pumpkin thing, then you can use a tablespoon of flax meal with melted butter to make a wonderful crust. Same thing if you make regular cheesecake.

      It's really just about the most perfect thing I know.........lol
