Making it to this list took extreme dedication and commitment to learning how to do a successful Atkins Induction. They all successfully completed 14 day Induction without cheating or going "off plan." They wrote a number of essays all detailing how to resist temptation, the importance of exercise, and what a difference Atkins can make and does make in their life. Here is just one of the evaluation comments by these former recruits:
Help me congratulate these graduates for all dedication to this WOE.

I would highly recommend boot camp to anyone but especially to someone who is just starting Atkins since they would get the maximum benefit from it. It really reinforces what a clean induction is all about. Many people think that a little cheating here and there is still considered a clean induction. Boot camp would make those people understand that a clean induction is by the book with no cheating and no deviation. Also, being forced to journal everything you eat really helps someone who is starting Atkins.
