CONGRATULATIONS...I am so happy for all of you. You now have very important knowledge that you can use in achieving graduation from bootcamp. I've found that the information you receive when you challenge yourself to go beyond the norm ~ is a training that you can use for the rest of your life in all situations. Not just your weight loss goals.
