Well I got to a magic number this morning.
I now weigh 200 lb, down from 260.
Of course, the significant weights depend on your counting method.
As a Brit, I count in stones and pounds, but I am now only 4 lb from the significant hurdle of 14 Stone (196 lb), and that by happy coincidence is within half a pound (500g) of a nice round number in Kilogrammes.
If I go the the medical centre, that is how they will weigh me - so before too long I hope to be able to declare 14 stone or 90 Kg.
And that will put me just inside the top acceptable weight for my height, with still a little more work to do.
Many thanks to my friends on this list who have supported me over the last 18 months.
And to those recently joined - yes, stick with it. Atkins does work.
