Designer whey chocolate is good to cook with. I use it in protein shakes too.

Re: What is your favorite Protein Powder?

Optimum Nutrition's Pro Complex is my favorite protein powder by far, and I always come back to it. It's available at Vitamin Shoppe, Netrition, or eBay. All the flavors are delicious: Vanilla (3 carbs), Strawberry (3 carbs), Chocolate (4 carbs), & Rocky Road (6 carbs).

One of my favorite things to do with this protein powder, other than cook and especially bake with it(!), is make it into my Sheila's 4.42-Carb Post-Workout Quick Strawberry Morning Treat. I mix in one serving (2 big scoops) of the Pro Complex Strawberry protein powder with 2 pumps (or 1 T) of DaVinci syrup, 1 T of heavy cream, & a splash of cold water. It makes a really good little concoction, and may be heated up as well, depending on what you're in the mood for! More of a mid-morning snack than a true breakfast, it's useful for holding you over 'til your next meal, or fending off cravings for sweets.

P.S: My specific product recommendations come very few and far between - and I am not affiliated in any way with Optimum Netrition, or any brand, product, or weight loss group or company. Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex is just hands-down my favorite low-carb shake mix, and is thus one I always recommend!

I forgot to say I also like SciFit Whey Isolate. It uses stevia instead of Splenda or Aspartame.

Wow 2big, that sounds really good. I've been nervous about "baking" other than flax bread...but this sounds great!

I use the Iso-Pro Low/Ultra Low Carb protein powders. (they're made with whey protein isolate). They're all less than 1 carb per scoop, and have thus far proved great for baking with!

I picked up some whey protein at Walmart yesterday for $20 for a big box. I got the chocolate and made myself a shake for brekkie today. It was very good tasting and kept me full until lunch!

I usually get mine at GNC. It seems to have changed recently, and the type I got before (Iso-Pro) doesn't seem to be as available, so I ended up with some type in a black bottle, the name of which escapes me at the moment.

I did use Designer Whey for a while, as well, and it wasn't bad. The Iso-Pro came in a variety of flavours, and non-flavoured, as well, which was nice.

Yep, Designer Whey is what I got at Walmart. $19.93 a box. The chocolate is good!
