My heart nearly stopped! No, not because of the excercise, but because of the scales. I cyled fairly hard this morning for 1 hr 40 min. Before my shower I jumped on the scales - 13 stone 12 lb (194 lb) - now this morning on getting up I was 14 stone 4 lb (200 lb). Could I really have lost 6lb on that ride?
'Fraid not. I jumped on the digital scales again 14 stone 5 lb (201 lb). That I believed.
I have been consistently been seing 14:4 (200lb) for a couple of weeks, but I will have to wait a few more months to get to 13:12 (194lb)
But interestingly
http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm
suggests my ideal weight is about that - 13:10 (192 lb)
One day!
(Thread Title changed to be less shocking.)
