hello i am currently on day 9 of induction and the last couple of days i have found it really hard to eat very much food at all im worried im not getting enough fat although my ketone sticks r nice and dark purple i feel full and all the time [ probaly all the water lol ] as an example today all i could stomach was 1 poached egg this morning then for lunch i had 2 eggs2 strips of bacon and a small amount of cheddar cheese and water of course any advice is welcome thanks murray

Loss of appetite is part of ketosis! It's normal - consider it a blessing! Just make sure you eat SOMETHING every few hours and try to get some veggies in too!27 F 5' 7"

A loss of appetite is normal, but you still need to eat every few hours so you won't be tempted to cheat. Do you normally have a large appetite?

All the veggies listed are great. Make sure to eat 2 cups from the first list and 1 cup from the second list. Try to eat a big variety so that you stay interested in your meals. The loss of appetite is normal. Eat something small every few hours.Michele SW250/CW 226/GW150 F, 38, 5'6"
